Returns
Made To Order or Custom/Special Orders are nonrefundable. The return of assembled, set or sized items will only be accepted if found to be defective in workmanship. Other returns must be received within 30 days of invoice date.
- Obtain a Return Authorization number
- All returns must be in original condition and include all original packaging.
- Package securely and insure for full value.
- Refused, unclaimed or undeliverable merchandise will incur a 10% restocking fee.
VAML Enterprises cannot be held responsible if the above procedures are not followed.

Shipping
Same Day Order Processing Schedule (Orders placed by these cut offs will be processed the same day.)
Additional processing time is required for assembly (typically 4 business days), sizing (typically 1 business day) and laser engraving (typically 2 business days). All orders will ship within 7 to 10 business days.

Orders must be received by 12:00 noon Eastern Time in order to be processed the same day.
Rates are based on a 1 pound package and include standard handling fees. Packages weighing more than this and/or containing oversized items will have an additional charge. For estimated rates via UPS for shipments over 1 pound, click here. Rates are subject to change without notice.

Free shipping offer applies to orders over $100 before shipping and tax. The offer is good for USA orders and shipping destinations only (excludes Alaska and Hawaii). Shipping methods other than ground are credited $12.00 for orders over $125.00.
Shipments to Alaska or Hawaii will incur an additional $20 on orders of $200 or less, $15 on orders of $360 or less and no additional charge for orders over $360. Shipping via FedEx 2 Day.
Shipments to international destinations will incur a charge of $36.25 on orders less than $125, $27.25 on orders of $125.01 - $400, $20.25 on orders of $400.01 - $1000 and no charge for orders over $1000 subject to courier limitations. Shipping is via USPS.
